In spite of fever, Aadhi shot a fight sequence in slush and mud...How far would you go to ensure the success of your product in the market? Actor Aadhi, it seems, will give it everything he’s got, if one has to go by a recent incident that took place on the sets of his next film, which is to hit screens on February 18. Aadhi recently had to shoot for a fight sequence in Kumbakonam.
The sequence was shot on a barren piece of land that was made slushy. Says a source close to the film’s unit, “Aadhi had fever on the last day of the shoot and his temperature rose to 102 degrees. Despite that, he chose to shoot the fight sequence. Every two hours, he would take a bath to gain some relief from the itching sensation arising as a result of the mud sticking to his body. He did the shoot with great difficulty. But then, it was worth the effort as the fight sequence has come out well.”
The movie has
Poorna in the lead along with Aadhi and has been directed by
Vijay Prakash.
